This section of the Society's website is for members’ reminiscences
– including for the first example, Mrs Maloney’s history of
the Wagner Society’s establishment as published in the Newsletter
in 1996.
Two more contributions to our series (from the December 2000 newsletter:
We hope to compile some notes towards a history of the Society and we
started by inviting the first members, the now lated Reg and Betty Maloney,
to contribute. Betty put together the following account, and this is followed
by the second newsletter (both included in issue No. 65 of the Newsletter,
December 1996):
